Steph Robinson

Steph is the Managing Director and Consultant at Human Aspects. She graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc (Hons) in Ergonomics (Human Factors Design) in 2011 and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF), currently working towards full membership and chartered status.

Steph kick-started her career with a fixed term contract from CCD Design and Ergonomics, from there she moved to PDD Group Ltd specialising in Medical Devices and Product Design, but found a particular enthusiasm for Defence with Marshall ADG.

Improving equipment, services and processes within Defence has been her passion ever since. From substantiation of claims on people in Naval Nuclear safety cases, to furthering understanding on how to implement an Agile, User Centred Design approach within Army projects.
